This section explains how to apply for purchasing and logistics services through JSJD International.

How to Apply for Overseas Purchasing Services
If you have selected the website and items you wish to purchase and would like to request our purchasing service, you can do so without unnecessary customer data collection or membership registration.
Simply send the following information by email to jsjd.international@gmail.com, and we will handle everything through a 1:1 personalized service.

What Happens After Submitting a Purchasing Service Request
[1] Once we receive your purchasing request, we will review it and send you a credit card payment request email for the purchasing service amount.
[2] After you receive the payment request email, please complete the credit card payment, and we will begin processing your order.
[3] If any items cannot be purchased due to reasons such as being out of stock, we will issue a refund to your card for those items.
[4] Once the purchase is successfully completed, we will send you a purchase confirmation email along with the JSJD International tracking number for your order.
[5] When the purchased items arrive at our facility, we will repack them according to your packaging instructions, re-weigh them, and send you an email with the shipping fee payment request for delivery to Korea.
[6] Once the shipping fee payment is completed, your items will be shipped to Korea, and we will provide you with the delivery tracking information.
[7] Delivery is usually completed within 3–4 days after shipment.

Limitation of Liability for Purchasing Services
JSJD International is not the direct seller of the products you purchase. We provide代理 services that include:

Placing orders with the seller you designate, based on the exact product information you provide.

Repacking the purchased items and shipping them to the Korean address you specify.
Accordingly, JSJD International is not liable for:

Mistakes or errors made by the seller,

Shipping accidents that occur during domestic U.S. delivery, or
-
Any accidents or issues that occur after dispatch to Korea during final delivery.
However, if any issues or accidents arise, we will assist you to ensure your loss is minimized by taking appropriate actions such as filing claims and providing necessary support.

Return & Refund Policy for Purchased Items
The return and refund process for items you purchase is entirely subject to the return policy of the seller. JSJD International will assist you in handling returns and refunds in accordance with the seller’s policy, as outlined below:
[1] When the Seller Provides Free Return Service

Please repack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the U.S. return address provided by JSJD International via Korea Post EMS with tracking. (Shipping cost borne by the customer)

Once the item arrives at the designated U.S. return address, we will proceed with the return process using the seller’s free return service. (Return handling fee: $25 per case)

When the returned item is received by the seller and the refund is processed (usually within 2–4 weeks), we will transfer the refund amount back to you.
[2] When the Seller Does Not Provide Free Return Service

Please repack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the U.S. return address provided by JSJD International via Korea Post EMS with tracking. (Shipping cost borne by the customer)

After the item arrives at the designated U.S. return address, we will confirm the domestic U.S. return shipping cost via USPS and send you a payment request for that cost.

Once the U.S. return shipping fee is paid, we will proceed with the return process. (Return handling fee: $25 per case)

When the returned item is received by the seller and the refund is processed (usually within 2–4 weeks), we will transfer the refund amount back to you.
Can You Request Purchasing & Shipping Services to Countries Other Than Korea?
Yes. If you have a credit card capable of making payments in U.S. dollars, we can provide the service.
For destinations outside of Korea, all shipments are handled exclusively through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), and the shipping cost is calculated based on actual USPS rates plus service fees as follows:

USPS Actual Shipping Cost + $15 for the first pound (basic charge) + $1 for each additional pound
